Welcome to
The Fertility Nurture Hub
A safe, inclusive space for emotional healing, support, and empowerment on your fertility journey.
F.E.L.T. Rise of The Phoenix
Join us for a weekly dance embodiment where we honour the grief and trauma held in the ashes, discover what remains in the embers, and begin to reclaim our wings through movement, creativity and freedom from expectation..
Held weekly in Bournemouth for 8 weeks starting 16th October 2026
And it's only £2 per class with special thanks to Sport England Grant Funding.
Pause & Create Evening
Sometimes, you just need a moment to step away from it all.
The appointments, the waiting, the emotional weight of a fertility journey...can feel overwhelming and often very lonely.
Pause and Create offers something different..
A calm, welcoming evening where you can slow down, get creative, and be in the company of other women who truly understand, without any pressure to share or explain yourself.
This is not a workshop or therapy session.
It's simply a space to:
Pause
Create
Connect
Whether you come to quietly make something with your hands, to chat with others who 'get it', or just to take a breath for a couple of hours...you are welcome right here.
New dates TBC
The Fertility Circle
Join our monthly walking meet ups at Kingfisher Barn and SOBO Beach (on the bus if it's raining).
Where you can experience being surrounded by a relaxing beach atmosphere and other women who totally understand what you're going through with the added bonus of a Fertility Doula and Emotional Wellbeing Coach as your guide.
An informal monthly coffee and chat for you to feel connected and understood alongside others who are on fertility journeys of their own.
Held every Saturday at Kingfisher Barn - Bournemouth
Held the last Wednesday of each month at SOBO Beach
