The Fertility Nurture Hub exists to support women and couples who long to become parents, but are facing emotional, physical, or social challenges on that path. We know that trying to conceive - especially when it doesn’t happen easily - can be isolating, overwhelming, and heartbreaking. That’s why we’re here.
If you're ready to take a leap into reconnecting to you, finding support in others who are on similar journeys and break free from the emotional rollercoaster of infertility, then you're in the right place.
The Fertility Nurture Hub CIC is a Not For Profit Community Interest Company (CIC) and is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. The heart of the Hub is the private Facebook Group where you can connect with me, other holistic fertility experts and other women going through their own infertility journey's. You're safe from judgement and are free to share your story, ask questions and join in with virtual events and in person events too. You no longer have to feel isolated, alone and misunderstood.

My name is Sam, I'm a Midwife turned Emotional Fertility Coach, Infertility Survivor, and Mum of 2 Miracle Girls
I know what it's like to feel completely overwhelmed and alone, to feel like you're broken, exhausted from the emotional rollercoaster ... looking for a new path through this journey, but not sure where to start. That was me not so long ago.
I've helped hundreds of women to step into their most empowered, focused and happier selves, and I'd love to help you too.

The appointments, the waiting, the emotional weight of a fertility journey...can feel overwhelming and often very lonely.
Pause and Create offers something different..
A calm, welcoming evening where you can slow down, get creative, and be in the company of other women who truly understand, without any pressure to share or explain yourself.
This is not a workshop or therapy session.

The Fertility Circle is a monthly informal meet up at the SOBO Beach Cafe to connect and share our fertility journeys.
You can just sit and listen or join in, there's no pressure either way, just an opportunity to nt feel so alone on this journey.
Fertility Yogalates
